Custom Made Easy Vol 1 – Sum up projects in 2019

2019 is a promising start year for Custom Easy. Although we only established with only nine months, we are honor to be trusted by filmmakers to deliver customized designs according to their requirements.
Custom Easy principle: “We are not pioneering, but we support customers to become pioneers.”
Let’s take a look at some typical customized projects that have been done in 2019.
Raptor Z Head (Crane Version)
This is our first customized product in 2019. The Raptor Z Head (Crane Version) was designed based on the request of the Argentinian filmmaker Ariel Vélez. With the top priority requirements for ruggedness, certainly, besides, the design should ensure anti-vibration for a maximum payload of 20kgs (44lbs) for tracking vehicle shooting at high speed. Raptor Z Head (Crane Version) was born.

XYZ Vibration Isolator
XYZ Vibration Isolator supports the low-oscillations in 3 axes X, Y, and Z. This product improves performance better with remote head in ride-in mode with a crane or added camera movement in X and Y directions.
XYZ Vibration Isolator was designed according to the idea of Ryan Elliott (Moose Media Camera – USA), making him happy when shooting with Technocrane, Movi XL, and camera setup up to 35kgs (77lbs).

Heavy Duty Vibration
When customers love Custom Easy vibration isolator and want to use it for higher payloads; that’s why Heavy Duty Vibration was built. Based on the request of Yuichiro Yamazaki (JOUER LTD), Heavy Duty Vibration with the octagonal design combined with eight shock modules supports a payload weighing up to 40kgs (88lbs).
Arm to Male Mitchell
Arm to Male Mitchell is a mechanical engineering project from the enthusiastic sharing of James Healey (Filmmaker from Canada) with us. The adapter supports the conversion of arm mounting to Male Mitchell mount following native Mitchell based, commonly used in dolly, jib or crane. The setup of a shock absorber arm becomes faster and more efficient than ever via this adapter.

Roll Gear for Helix Pro
We design and execute a lot of products for #SteadiHan, the most famous car-rig, gaffer, and Steadicam operator in Vietnam. Roll Gear for Helix Pro is one of the Han products owned, and what makes it unique? Watch the video below:
The new design allows you to scroll and lock points accurately from 180 degrees to 360 degrees. There is no lag in the pictures taken, which requires the highest precision. This Roll Gear for Helix Pro is compatible with various focus remote (for your reference, Han is using the Arri CLM-3 zoom controller).
