The C35 introduces several key upgrades compared to traditional 25kg vibration isolators:

• Upgraded O-Ring Installation
  Reduces self-oscillation and improves motor torque response, making it ideal for high-speed or high-impact shooting scenarios.
• Higher Payload Capacity
  Supports camera rigs up to 35kg, a significant upgrade from the traditional 25kg limit, allowing operators to work with heavier cinema cameras and larger gimbal systems.

These improvements make the C35 a more versatile solution for modern camera setups and complex rigging configurations.

2 – I have the 25kg Vibration Isolator. Can I upgrade it to the C35 Vibration Isolator by adding the O-ring kit only?

Although the C35 and the 25kg Vibration Isolator share a similar external size and form factor, the C35 is built with a completely different internal anti-vibration system. The mechanical design and damping structure are also different.

Therefore, the 25kg Vibration Isolator cannot be upgraded to the C35 Vibration Isolator simply by replacing the wire-rope system with an O-ring setup.

3 – Can the accessories from the 25kg Vibration Isolator be reused with the C35 Vibration Isolator?

Yes. The mounting pattern is the same for both models, so several accessories remain compatible.

C35 Vibration Key Feature and How to setup

1 – What applications and payload does the C35 Vibration Isolator support?

The C35 Vibration Isolator supports payloads of up to 35kg, making it compatible with most professional camera stabilizer systems on the market, including:

• DJI Ronin 2
• Freefly Movi Pro and Freefly Movi XL
• Motocrane Titan LT and Motocrane Titan (within the supported payload range)
• ARRI 360 EVO and ARRI SRH-3
• Movcam HELM
• Shotover G1

The C35 can be used in various mounting configurations, supporting both underslung and overslung applications.

2 – How to configure C35 Vibration?

Step 1: Configure the O-Rings for Your Payload
The first step is all about balancing your payload with the right O-rings.

• Standard setup: Out of the box, the C35 Vibration comes with 48 black standard O-rings. This configuration works perfectly with the DJI Ronin 2 and its typical camera packages.
• Movi Pro users: Start with 24 O-rings, mounted symmetrically. From there, you can fine-tune the number of O-rings to match your specific payload.
• Heavy payloads (20kg+): For larger rigs, switch from the black O-rings to the heavy-duty grey O-rings. This setup is often used with systems such as the Movi XL, ARRI 360 EVO, Shotover G1, or the Titan LT.

The key here is to balance your camera weight with the right tension to ensure optimal isolation and stability.

Step 2: Mount Your Payload

You’ve got 2 straightforward mounting options with the C35 Vibration:

• Universal Plate (default option): Directly compatible with the DJI Ronin 2 Universal Plate and the Movi Pro. Simply mount and you’re good to go.

• Mitchell mount: If you prefer a Mitchell-based setup, please add Female Mitchell under Vibration Universal Plate to work with.

For the special case of the Titan LT, you can connect it to the C35 by:

• Removing the Universal Plate on the isolator for direct mounting
• Adding a Female Mitchell adapter to interface via the Mitchell standard

Step 3: Attach the C35 Vibration to Your Cinema Rig

The final step is connecting the isolator to your shooting platform.

• On dollies, cranes, or shock-absorbing arms: Mount the C35 Vibration via the Mitchell base as usual.
• On under-arm cars (like the Motocrane Radical Arm): Remove the male Mitchell and mount it to the Head Adapter using M6x16 screws for a secure fit.

And that’s it — your C35 Vibration is fully set up and ready to deliver smoother shots with your payload.
