A. Updated Combo Packages

Starting in October 2026, several Custom Easy combo packages have been updated with revised included items, more practical configurations, and special pricing for selected packages.

Here’s a closer look at what has changed.

1. Raptor Rickshaw 3.2

The Raptor Rickshaw now comes equipped with 18-inch Black Solid Wheels and 10-inch Caster Wheels V2. To distinguish this updated configuration from previous versions, we are introducing it as the Raptor Rickshaw 3.2.

One important change is that the travel case option will no longer be included in our standard package offerings. Customers looking for a transport case can consider these alternatives:

• Pelican 0550 Transport Case
• Custom-Made Transport Case for Raptor Rickshaw 3

The travel case option will remain available while existing stock lasts. If you prefer a package that includes a case, please contact us or one of our resellers to reserve yours before the remaining stock runs out.

2. Raptor Trike Packages

Similar to the Raptor Rickshaw 3.2, the Raptor Trike packages will no longer offer a travel case as a standard package option.

3. Raptor Magnet

The Raptor Magnet & Case is now available at $1,999.00.

We have also updated the included accessories in selected combo packages. The Gimbal Mount to Universal Joint is now offered in place of the Gimbal Mount to Tube, providing a different mounting solution for your camera rig setup.

4. C35 Vibration – MOTOCRANE Titan LT Set

The Custom Easy C35 Vibration has become a trusted solution for filmmakers working with the MOTOCRANE Titan LT across a variety of production setups.

From remote camera arms and shock-absorbing arms to dollies, cranes, and jibs, the C35 Vibration helps integrate vibration isolation into different camera rig configurations.

Based on practical setups and feedback from the field, we have updated the C35 Vibration – Titan LT Set to include more useful, commonly used accessories, making it easier to choose a suitable combination for your workflow.

The Raptor Z – ISO5 and Raptor Z – XY packages have been simplified to two main configurations:

• Basic Package
• Car Rigs Package

The Car Rigs Packages now come with better promotional pricing, making them an even more attractive option for professional camera rig applications.

6. Raptor Twin Z

Raptor Twin Z now is offered as custom project with 7 – 10 days lead time. Price has no change.
